An unusual yoga helped me

I have been suffering from Parkinson's for about a year, and although taking Simenet has been very helpful,I have been getting the best relief by combining it with a form of yoga called emotional catharsis. Every day I find a quiet place where I won't disturb others, and start talking gibberish-nonsense words like a foriegn language I don't understand. At first it felt absurd doing this, then I realised that I used to do it spontaneously as a small child,so there must be some sense in it. You will find,if you try it that various emotions can start to surface. This should be encouraged so that maximum emotional expression happens.Don't be afraid to be violent;-hit a pillow or something that won't cause you injury, and keep the body moving and expressing. After 20 mins lie down on the belly and be quiet and still for a few mins. Over time if you diligently perform this,I think you will feel a lot better. You will still need medication, but less often and less dosage.
(I get my medication-Requip,and Symmmetrel are also available-much more cheaply online from www.westcoastdrugs.com-the no.1 site for generic drugs)
