After months of recovery and although I am still limited, I feel able to do just about anything. I am back in yoga twice a week, swimming almost daily and doing lots of pushups and simple weight lifting. After our five day trip in Utah; Bryce canyon, Zion then the Grand Canyon north rim, I feel so confident. And my right side DBS was off apparently by the Glen ...1 Recommendation -

I sat with my Dad this morning waiting for his doctor to come. Still the strong soldier, still trying to make me feel better. Even in his current state, he can sense my sadness I fear and I will have to try hard to be as strong as he is. He was sort of quiet today, just sat and held his hand for awhile.

met my friend today in the town.shes been diagnosed with parkinsons disease.it s not the end of the world but its been quite upsetting for her.shes walking real slow.sometimes her foot locks ,it did today.and she gets the shakesquite a bit.she cant go into town on her own at the min as her symptoms arent under control.so it was nice just to support her while she had a look round the shops.we did ...2 Comments -

Well after all of the blood tests and scans the Urologist did a procedure today that went into the bladder and checked the prostate. He said there was 3 places with scarring from the surgery that was done in 2003. He found nothing wrong with the prostate. That is GREAT news.
