I was able to stand on my feet long enough to make two homemade tacos,,,and they were yummy!!!
It is breaking my heart to think of what our dear friend SadBecca is going through laying there at the mercy of machines and Drs and nurses around the clock all trying to save a very broken and shattered heart. Please if you read this stop and pray for Becca,,that Gods will be done for her a... -

I'm back at the motel for a quick clean up and nap. Last night, we told the doctors to stop IV fluids and food, but to continue pain meds. It's all over but the waiting and we are taking turns at her side. It should be over in 48 to 60 hours. I talk to her, tell her things, how I feel, but I have no idea whether she hears me. last week I went to church camp called Encouter! it was amazing!!!!!!!!!!! I had soooooooo much support and love! Plus it was a ton of fun! I wish everyday was so gr8 as all last week was! I met a lot of people from boston who were super gr8! I hope to continue my friendships with all the people i met this past week!

To her credit, Mama never laid a hand on me, but she stood silently by while Daddy laid my back open with his bible belt. One time I was having a growth spurt and the scars became distorted before they could heal. My bras would have blood stains by the end of the day as they rubbed the slow-healing wounds.

I'm taking a break from packing now. Tomorrow morning, I'm driving to Mineral Wells to see Mama. Aunt Freida thinks she's near death.

I finally got my wheelchair weighed so I actually don't weigh 294 pounds!! That's a huge relief to know I need to only lose 44 pounds now instead of the original 94!! Manual says 216 pounds but in actuality it weighs 267.2. On top of that I lost another 2 pounds this week. Must fight the sugar cravings!!!3 Comments -

Well, I am at work right now on my break... My boyfriend is coming back from idaho to go to his court on 24th, but he will be in Seattle for 9 days. I can't wait to see him.. he should be coming Sunday morning on the grayhound, but then again he is going back to idaho to wait till his interstate compact comes through. On Sunday afternoon I prepared the bathroom for a relaxing bubble bath. I had the candles lighten, magnolia oil and Paco de Lucia playing the Concierto de Aranjuez. It was supposed to be a perfect end for a quite stressful week.
Bad thought came up at the moment that I felt the water touching my skin. I took a deep breath, closed my eyes and was trying to think of the amazing gardens of Aranjuez.... -
