hi I know hard. i have a spinial cord injury to. my life is so different now.but just know that time is a healer it has been 3 years for me and it is still a struggle but the first year was the hardest.i am looking for friends who understand .hope we can chat one day

Yes it is hard but you can do many things to keep busy. I have been in a wheelchair for 30 yrs. Challenge yourself to try new things and get a mindset to win.
