blackouts?

Is there anyone else who experiences blackouts and headaches throughout the day? I deal with severe anxiety but have kept it pretty much under control with use of Rxs. Now I feel like a danger to myself and my 2 year old son due to the blackouts and dizzy spells. Had a cat scan to check for tumors but just wanted to see if it could be escalating anxiety.

" I get dizzy sometimes when of course I am in the midst of a panic attack. Also a lot of times when I eat I get really dizzy. I have no clue what that is about. I havent blacked out but dizzy seems to be my middle name. ;) Perhaps for you its side effects of your meds?

be gentle to yourself... "

" Ophelia this might seem weird but...I am over weight and love carbs. My doctor asked me if I get dizzy/anxiety after meals which is yes and then she told me that because I am eating so many carbs my body is reacting (something to do with the insulin) and causing anxiety. "

" I am no longer on ANY meds. YEA! Every once in awhile I need to take a xanax to calm me down, but that's only like 1 every 2 months or so. I have learned to let go, that not everyone who should care about me does, and I'm okay with that. My mother is a heartless witch and I have to accept that. No more dizzy spells, no more blackouts. No counseling, I'm capable of dealing with this on my own. I am worthy of happiness. "
