" Yes, when I first experience my attack is when I was sleeping. It pretty much woke me up, all I felt like was something popped in my brain. For the next week or so, I couldn't sleep. Everytime I am started to fall asleep.. my nerves would go out of wack, even my toung get a cramp..weird. "

" I have only had them twice at night but they were the worst. No matter how hard you try to fall asleep they keep waking you up twenty seconds later. Everyone else is sleeping and all I wanted to do was go get help. It was a horrible feeling. "

" Oh that's really the only time they get out of control for me. I start with the shots of adenaline, then I start to panic because I think that it's going to spiral out of control. Then it does. I am trying to focus on more positive self talk, but it is really tough when you have that adrenaline flowing through you. I dread nights sometimes. "
