In fact...sometimes I feel like I could write a book on Panic Attacks.

I don't know if this post will be time stamped or not but if so, you might notice it's 3:04am. I am in the middle of a series of panic attacks. You see I am by myself tonight. My husband is off for an over night bachelor party in another state for a friend of his. I truly hope that he's having a blast but I am certainly not having fun at all.

It's weird. I'll be fine during the day, but oncee night comes, the panic attacks ensue. In fact I made sure I had plenty of activity to do during the day to keep my mind off of it. It's only being apart for 16 hours but thats hard for me. It's actually the first time my hubby and I have spent apart since we've been married in 2006.

But I hate being alone because thats when the worry starts. Wanna know what I am worried about? I'm worried about dying. I'm worried that something really bad is going to happen to me and my husband won't be there. I know I am fine raitional but my body trembles and does feeling things.

Does anyone get panic attacks worse at night?

" Mine tend to be in the early evenings and night although once in awhile I'll have an attack in the day. It is probably related to the fact I keep busy doing the day then attack sneaks up when I suppose to be relaxing. "

" I agree with Harry, I live alone and I don't know what I would do without my dogs. They are such a comfort and help keep me from worrying so much. They are very entertaining and lovable. Good luck God Bless "

" Hi, I am new also. And yes my panic attacks happen alot at night too. I will try to relax to go to sleep, then all of a sudden my arm will go numb or something like that, then before I know it I am in a panic attack because I think I am dying of a stroke or heart attack. You are not alone there. "
