Has anyone ever had to take Prednisone? I came home from my vacation so sick that I truly thought I had the flu. It turns out that I have a very severe sinus infection and a terrible case of bronchitis. I'm taking 4 different medications and one of them is Prednisone. My whole body has been shaking since I started taking it and I really don't think I'm going to be able to continue it. I am going to call my Dr tomorrow, but I was just wondering if any of you have ever had any experiences with it. I really think it's the Prednisone, because I've taken the other medications before with no problems.

my sister in law took it a few years ago and she started shaking and couldn't stop , but her problem was she had been taking it for a couple of weeks and decided she would quit taking it . you can't stop taking it abruptly you have to taper off if you have been on a high dose or have been taking it for a while. if i were you i would check with my doctor. i'v taken it before and never had any problems, you may be having a reaction of some kind to the medicine. i just have to tell you i love the picture of the little dog. i had one like that and he died last year , he was really old but i miss him so much .
