" It is very helpful, but also very hard. There are some good books out there that explain in steps on how to go about it. I have started doing it, but often drop back into the "comfort zone" which only slows down the process. It is something I plan to keep working on as they say it's the best chance for a cure. The book I am using is "The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook" by Edmund J Bourne. Good luck on your journey :) "
