I was on the fence with this, till I have been using it regularly..

I specifically use Lipton's BEDTIME STORY.
It's spearmint leaves and chamomile flowers.

Its another natural thing I've found that kind of takes the edge off. Then I was googling as I know so many of us do...and I saw its used herbally for anxiety (among other things) due to its sedating type affect.

Anyone ever try chamomile and have any success?

" I drink it whenever I'm feeling anxious. Stash brand works well for me. Cammomile helps enhance the GABA in your brain which is the neurotransmitter that tranquilizers enhance. No side effects with the cammomile though, unless for those that are allergic to it. (Daisy family) "
