How do you deal with dizzyness?

I have been fighting anxiety/panic attacks for 8yrs. When I'm stressed I get dizzy at its worse I feel like I'm going to fall or pass out. I break out in a sweat and I get diahrea. I have been checked out by a neorologist twice in 8yrs and they can find no reasons for my dizzy spells. Does anyone else get this and what do you do for it?

" its better to float thru the anxiety than to tense up and fight back, you need to read some self help books on overcoming panic disorder or agoraphobia

for dizzyness you need to learn new ways of relaxing and calming yourself, deep slow breathing is a good start "

" I learned that the dizziness is caused from hyperventilating. You feel like you're not getting enough air so you start breathing shallowly, grasping for air. You actually bring too much oxygen into your head which makes you feel giddy, nervous, and lightheaded. Focus on your breathing and despite the suffocating sensation, remember that you are getting enough air. Try focusing on your breathing and keep it steady. Hope this helped. "

" I get that too. I don't breathe well either. I get shallow, more quick breaths. One things I've realized lately, is that I randomly hold my breath for a few seconds without even knowing it. "
