its better to float thru the anxiety than to tense up and fight back, you need to read some self help books on overcoming panic disorder or agoraphobia
for dizzyness you need to learn new ways of relaxing and calming yourself, deep slow breathing is a good start

I learned that the dizziness is caused from hyperventilating. You feel like you're not getting enough air so you start breathing shallowly, grasping for air. You actually bring too much oxygen into your head which makes you feel giddy, nervous, and lightheaded. Focus on your breathing and despite the suffocating sensation, remember that you are getting enough air. Try focusing on your breathing and keep it steady. Hope this helped.

Thanks for the advise. I really have a hard time with my breathing during panic attacks. I know its just something I'll have to keep working at.

I get that too. I don't breathe well either. I get shallow, more quick breaths. One things I've realized lately, is that I randomly hold my breath for a few seconds without even knowing it.
