I've been having more anxiety in our meetings at work, We have been called on individually for certain things. Has anyone had Hyptno therapy?

Never had it, but I've heard of it. I think it works for some and not for others.

i tried it, didnt work for me, and cost a lot of money...he keep making me come back for more sessions, maybe about 5...and wanted me to come back for more. i thought it was a load of crap to be honest

Never tried it. Have you tried medication? Thats what I've found has made the largest difference for me. Prozac is really inexpensive if you get it from Target/Walmart - $10 for a months supply at 60 mg.

There was a thread on this in the Yahoo OCD forum. My recollection is it doesn't help for OCD but check it out yourself. I think at least one OCD psychologist replied.
