The other day (Saturday night) I saw my cousin who I had not seen in a while. And as soon as she saw me she said "oh my gosh, you look so good, have you lost weight" and I told her that I had not really paid attention but I thanked her for noticing. And then she asked me what I was doing to lose weight, and I really had nothing to tell her, because I have not done anything special, I have just not been eating as much, and that is what I told her.

I love this wow factor.. I am excited to see my son and daughters friends parents when school starts.. I have lost about 50 pounds since they saw me and I do look good.. It is a great pat on the back to hear that our hard work is paying off..
