Hi. Maybe you guys can help me out a bit. I have had gym memberships in the past but sometimes I feel too scared to go by myself and work out in front of other people. Does anyone else have this same problem? Or is there any advice that you guys can give me to overcome that fear? I would really appreciate it. Thank you:)

" I would go to a Womans gym if you feel this way. That way you don't have to be intimidated by all of the guys around. Getting to the gym is a big step and once you are there, do your thing, and think about how YOU are going to get healthy and toned...and don't feel that you are being judged. "
