" My wife does it. She was a little over 300 pounds when she started, and now a year or so later, she is down to 228. It is working great for her so I decided to try it. I lost 10 pounds my first week, but I have not weighed myself since. It is a pretty good thing, but my wife also exercises now and I just can't seem to get my big butt into doing that just yet. Good luck to you. "

" I have been going for several months and it really works. As they say "Stop dieting. Start living". If you work the plan, it definately works. My biggest problem is portion control so it helps me with that. I have also replaced some large portion items with large portion lo-fat items which make me feel very satisfied. I don't deprive myself of anything, I just watch the portions. Good luck. "
