My son is in football now, he is going to turn 10 this month and is becoming a little man. I am very proud of him. After the first game they played Saturday where the lost I overheard him tell one of his team mates, "It's OK man, we did our best. we learned how to beat um next time"

I finished the book.
Very good when I finally got into it.
The book had alot of helpful advice.
I have put the advice to work several times today with the kids.

Ick.... a sister with a very bad herniated disc. Four kids to care for. I lost a day of work due to it. (She visited with neurosurgeons, 2 today). Hi Everyone,
It was raining again this morning so no morning walk. I put it on hold for this afternoon.
Went to therapy and I think that I'm doing very well. Therapist says she sees a huge difference in my manner and appearance. I believe it is because mom is in New York, I went to see my daughter and her family in California and I'm working on me and my work.

Hey Everyone,
My back pain is so bad. It is pulsating like every 7 seconds or so with a sharp pain. I am running out of pain medicine and it is not working anyway.
I called my dr. and i just spoke to her. I have been trying to see a pain dr. for 3 months, but they won't take me until my dr. faxes over my records.

So I managed to make day two.
Today I had
Cereal and Coffee- 150
Apple for Snack- 50
Green Tea
Small Salad with 1/4 Can of Tuna: 80
Miso Soup: 15
Apple: 60
Total: Give or take 400
Better than Bingeing and purging.
Im trying to increase. Slowly. But surely.

Hi Everybody,
I am feeling emotionally ok today. My back is killing me as the bedrest continues to put pressure on my spine.
I am trying to keep a positive attitude. Trying to be positive because negativity definately make my immune system weaker and unable to fight the mono and lyme.
