Well after all of the blood tests and scans the Urologist did a procedure today that went into the bladder and checked the prostate. He said there was 3 places with scarring from the surgery that was done in 2003. He found nothing wrong with the prostate. That is GREAT news. But the other news is that hubby's incontenance is not due to that. He feels it is caused by th...

Where do I begin? Charlie Max and I got to go to Children's Hospital to have his heart checked out. He was born with a murmur and with my DH's heart history (cardiomyopathy) we thought it was best to have it checked out. I was very impressed with the organization at the hospital. TODAY STARTED ON THE ROUGH EDGE. I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE FOR KALAMAZOO TO GO TO THE CARDIOLOGIST FOR MY STRESS TEST RESULTS. THE PHONE RANG AND IT WAS CATHY TELLING ME THAT SHE WAS ON THE WAY TO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL WITH BRAYDEN. HE HAD BEEN VOMITING ALL NIGHT AND SHE TOOK HIM IN TO THE DOCTOR FIRST THING THIS MORNING AND THEY SAID HE WAS SEVERLY DEHYDRATED AND HIS BLOOD SUGAR WAS 45! July 23, 2008 -- I spent the weekend with my parents and Daddy has failed a lot since I was there last. He is under hospice care which appears to be good but he does not like having to depend on others and Mama does not like having people in her house. So it was a stressful weekend.

Thanks everyone for the prayers, for Carrie. She has been putting off this test, and now she is sicker. She went back to the doctor today, and we have the same GP. Dr was not happy that she never got the test done. Now the testing place can't get her in until next Monday. The dr is going to try and get it moved up. Just so you all know...I survived the dreaded treadmill. In fact, they told me that I did better than some 20-30 yr olds....hehehe...and I know what kind of 20-30 yr olds they meant too...I wasn't really impressed! I was just sooooo happy to get it over with. Actually I did do very good as far as being able to go the distance. Well, I am home. It has been a really rough couple of days. The day after surgery my H tells me that he isn't going to be staying here the next night. He is going to the ow's house! Nice hu!! I'm SOO happy! I have a new boyfriend, Cory. He's so sweet and gentile and kind. I care about him so much and he has been fabulous with me over the past 9 days (since I was hurt).
Anywho I wrote this poem:
Sweet wind strokes his long blonde hair
Kissing his tender lips
Like I kiss his lips
He gently caresses my face with his hand
And I tangle my fingers in his hair
He whispers to me so soft
