Dad's Breakfast 8:00 a.m.
1 scrambled egg 70 mg sodium
1 slice of toast 6 grm of fiber 230 mg sodium
4oz of low sodium tomato juice 70 mg sodium? (140 grams in 8 oz)
fruit cup
Breakfast 370 grams of sodium plus the jello cup
Lunch 12 noon
1 slice Chedder cheese 135 mg sodium
1/2 whole grain tortilla 120 mg sodum

I WAS READING SOME DISCUSSIONS TO DAY . SO MANY PEOPLE IN SO MUCH PAIN. IT REALLY UPSETS ME .. I WISH SOME HOW , SOMEWAY ALL THE PAIN COULD GET TAKEN AWAY. THE WORLD CAN BE SO HARSH. I WISH OUR GOVERNMENT WOULD INVEST MORE MONEY IN MEDICAL HELP FOR PEOPLE .

I hope everyone had a great 4th july it is already 3pm on the 5th here, it is a cold wet sat afternoon i just dosed up on pills to numb down the pain do not feel like doing anything or going out thought about going and getting a couple of dvd`s to watch but to much hassle to dress up warm. -

Well I had surgery a week ago now. It's not been very fun. I still have threee more weeks of doing nothen.
I didn't relize how messy i was, untill now. Because i can't clean or do anything and of course i've got nobody to help me. It really sucks haven to be able to do nothing and haven nobody to help you. And haven to still put up with both of them fighten. My stepdad still hasn&... -

It has been 2 weeks since I was out of hospital and I feel worse than ever.... The pain wont go away and sometimes it is worse than the day before. They want to do an inturnal sonagram.. To do byopsy on the mss they found in my stomach ( its not a alsour) I never knew the true meaning of the saying scared shitless unil now -
