i'm tired when i go to bed, i'm tired when i wake up, i'm tired all day long. I'm still working (desk job). I can barely stay awake, i'm so miserable, people dont' understand, i have no physical symptoms. I'd rahter have a physical symptom than have all this fatigue, its unbearable. it makes me want to cry

I have live with fatigue for 15 years. I know it isn't easy. I know what it is like to sleep almost 20 hours out of the day. I force myself at the computer so I won't sleep that much. It helps. I miss working out there with people. I have to get milk and been trying to get the energy up to drive 2 miles and walk into a store and get out quickly without fainting, falling.. etc.
However, I will focus on what good things there are about life and living. Like wonderful people like you .... @};----

It seems like my fatigue is worse now that i have feeling back into my arms and legs...i am only good for 3 - 6 hours and the 6 hours is pushing it...i have learned to listen to my body...when it is blatantly telling me that I am tired and must sleep then i had better listen or else i will end up on the floor...don't you just love MS.....NOT!!!!

I have been wondering if my MS is progressing....well I did hear it is always progressing, but lately in the afternoon sometimes, it takes all I have to not lie down on couch and doze off, I have 4 kids running around, and I can snooze through it usually. Lightly though! My hubby also has MS, and it bothers me, because he doesn't understand me wanting to rest. I think he thinks I should just shrug it off and buck up. I thought since God allowed us both to have this disease, that is would help us get through it, so that we can both understand what each other is going through, or maybe I should "try harder" =(

Just remember Kat1969 that when your tired or sleeping that you have thousands doing the same thing. "We are with you" I used to feel so bad that I slept more than everyone else or didn't have enough energy to keep up, I felt like some kind of freak!
Not anymore! don't fight it, embrace it and it might be so kind as to give you some energy in return:)
Get some rest! LMAO

I would give anything to be able to dose off during the day. But sleep is my most difficult
challenge.
