I am painting the bathroom. Might take awhile. I have a hard time looking up and I can't keep my arms in the air above my head very long. I think it is time I hire someone. I would get my boys to do it, but they are too messy. They would get paint everywhere. Teens are teens. Not very caring about stuff like that.

geeze! did you have to bring up painting specifically???? i've lived in my home over three years and there is one wall that i never finished at the top, you know, along the ceiling about 4". i hadn't worried about it because i have an antique i was "thinking" about putting there...alot of thinking about nothing! now...there is no way that puppy's ever getting done! yeah it's not just painting...i want to get other stuff done, i just can't seem to...:)

I don't like to brag or nothin' (and this is really nothing to brag about), but I happen to be a painting contractor. If you would like me to tell you how much it should cost to hire somebody, I would happy to assist.

Well I am in Ontario Canada, I wold love you to come and paint for me..lol A bit far.
It was just the ceiling in the bathroom. The walls are no problem. (yeah, I say that now) Then it's on to new floors and fixtures and trim. This is the time when i wish I was married, well to a handy man. lol

TRY THIS, FIRST PUT OR TAPE NEWS PAPERS TO WALL, THEN USE ONE OF THE ROLLERS YOU CAN PUT ON A HANDLE OR TAPE TO END OF BROOM. YOU WON'T HAVE TO HAVE ARMS IN AIR SO LONG AND WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING IT ON THE CEILING. FOR THE SIDES AND CORNERS YOU COULD TRY TO TAPE A SPOUNGE BRUSH TO A HANDLE AND DO THE EDGING. HOPE YOU GET THIS IN TIME.
