I know you must think I am bored today. So many questions,lol. Do any of my fellow MSers feel jittery inside. Like your body will not let you relax. I have been anxious before, but this feels like a nerve thing. What helps for this annoying problem? Thanks ya ll. Sorry I am from CO do not know the southern lingo LOL,Sandi

" When I had my last MRI done the technician kept asking me to stop moving and stay still, but the problem was I wasn't moving that I knew of, except I could feel my eyes moving and couldn't stop them. It was extremely frustrating, but what can you do. I have also had trouble relaxing quite a bit over the last few years. Kind of makes sense now. "

" I was never an anxious person before MS, now I always feel anxious and juttery and like kittykay I also do have actual jerks as well that sometimes everyone can see and some that only I can feel. "
