what have humans come to? This sick bastard decided to catch a dog on the street. Tie him up in an art gallery... yeah well i believe it was in costa rica...i'm not sure how the laws fly over there. I mean whenever i go visit my family in mexico damn there are police rolling around with m-16s and it's just scary some places...totally different world...
