I came across a pamphlet once by John Pageler, whose MS improved when he started vitamin therapy. Anyway, he had conducted an informal survey by asking every MSer he met if they were breastfed. I think he said he had never met anyone with MS who was breastfed. I wasn't--not even for one day.
