I get cold easily....then it seems I am so cold...I have to wear,
1 lightweight sweater under a heavy sweater, and pair of jeans, heavy socks, and insulated slippers, and my big fuzzy fleece type bathrobe.
oh and my heavy sweater has a hood and the hood is up.
and my heat is at a normal temp of 69-71 degrees its not cold in my house.
Its like I get cold and can't seem to warm up easily.

Many hugs
Morgaine

" Hey! Me too! I'm cold right now and the heat is on! I wear my down-filled coat in the house all the time. When people see me put it on, they ask me where I'm going! :D "

" I have noticed this too. Get really cold or really hot easily and then I can't get back to normal without a long time passing. The cold I always could take, but now just a minute out there and I start shivering and can't stop. The electric co is really enjoying my disability that's for sure. "

" I am ALWAYS cold. I live in CA and people laugh at me because I'm always so bundled up.

But when it gets hot...I can't cool off.

Just can't win, huh? "

" thank you all its not just me...phew...I thought maybe this was something weird I was going thru. Yes my hands are freezing and I really bundle up...I don't crank my heat anymore as my last bill was 178.00 bucks for one month....I also have a thermometer inside to gage the temp and its reading 72 which is comfy....usually for the rest of the family it is LOL. I decided to crawl in bed with all my clothes and slippers and house coat on ...I fell asleep and woke still was kind of warm, got out of bed to use the restroom and now I am back to cold again...but not as cold...
People look at me funny when I go into town , I use a wheel chair and so when some on is pushing you get a windchill factor..and it goes thru my jeans..so I bundle up in coat, gloves and under my a hoodie so I put the hood up and then my coat. Once in the wheelchair and wrap a fleece blanket around me from waist to my legs...it helps. But I get weird looks.
Cuz in the summer I wear really light clothes and complain of the heat...
But your right fiesty , you can't win cuz in the summer we get to hot.
many hugs and thanks for the answers

" Well, living in New England, it's really, really cold. My feet are always freezing no matter what I have on them. I can't wait to get into bed at night with my electric mattress pad and warm up. Plus Lily sleeps near my feet.

Then come summer, I'm always so hot! Ahhh, there is no in between! "

" For me it is not just that I get cold, I feel like I am cold from the inside out, if that makes sense. It is like I have ice water in my veins and no external heat source can warm me up. Have a feeling I just sent my self up with that ice water comment LOL. "
