5. Yes. It has helped me feel proactive in doing something to get my body moving again. Also in learning to compensate for some of my issues with gait and balance.
6. Neuropsych testing has helped lead to better cog therapy for me. Also I am about to start Pain Management therapy. I am very hopeful. -Jen "

6.I swim for about 20min 2-3 times a week. I find it's very relaxing and also doesn't leave me feeling drained (like a short walk does). "

Chiropractic, since 1989.

LDN, Low Dose Naltrexone, since 2003. "

5.yes she helped me regain some walking with my legs but not enough to be independent.
6. what helps me cope is this DS site and
and I relax and dress my collector dolls and I read and try to be mellow.
I am not sure what u mean by cope tho...I also talk with my friends here, and
and my pain meds help alot also lol with out them I would be in constant pain....

a. yes saw one before diagnosis but not after.
Has PT helped? Don't know, but it didn't help before diagnosis as everything just kept getting worse, but no one knew why.
Type of therapy--the best for me is lots of laughter, my faith, and family. The Avonex helps too, I think. "
