Confused, with a headache

Hi. I'm Lina. I am confused. This never happened to me before, and it is hurting the head. There are 3 of us. Me Deb and Amber, who are all "out" at the same time right now, but no one is completely out. It is as if we are stuck, and I feel like someone else. I don't feel like me. How am I even typing this if I'm not out? It really hurts the head. We often share space...meaning there can be 2 or 3 out at the same time, but this is like we are all stuck in the door way. What is happening?

" Hi Trying,
I'm not sure if our experience was the same, but we've had the problem of several of us trying to get "out" at once, and then becoming stuck with everyone being partially out. It was also odd b/c we were all very concious of the others thoughts and feelings. A co-concious experience I think. And, it caused a HUGE headache. I don't remember how we solved the problem (sorry for not being any help there), I believe we just had to wait it out. I'm guessing you've already tried to step out of the doorway, so are you able to talk to Deb and Amber? "

" I hve the same kind of experience...kind of like a carousel for me...my right and left brain seem to work together as a team, but sepreately and sometimes I get confused...like which hand to catch something with. One suggestion a therapist gave me, which seemed to work, was to (mentally) put a dry-erase board, or chalk board, or whatever kind of messg board you find suitable, right inside that doorway, and make a schedule for everyone to have different times they can be out....a general one, doesn't have to be absolute, but then the jams doon't happen som much...and maybe pick one person out to override when necessary....did something happen like a chocolate cake on the table, to make everyone want to come out at once? "

" *Shrugs* I don't even know why it happened. One of our Littles ended up being out all night. "

" Night time is when my littles often come out, except sometimes around my friend, Lee, cause he treats her nicer than he treats me. I think it's cause that's when littles were often abused, so when they come out, and also cause nobody else is around to see and hear them. "

" Also, maybe one or two of them has been waiting a long time to come out, and they just decided it was their time. There doesn't always have to be a trigger for someone to come out, but often, there is. "
