It was EMDR that made me dissociate so much that my MPD became obvious, and now it is modified EMDR therapy that my phsychologist is using to help me process past trauma so my alters can integrate. Has anyone out there experienced EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitizstion and Reprocessing)?

" I know I am just joining but right off I see this discussion. modified EMDR is the first treatment that has ever made since. and it is extremely intense and should only be performed or whatever you call it by reputable trained persons. but it is helping me and I can't even say why. "
