I took a hard fall in my driveway last December 26 (Merry Xmas to me!-) Ever since then I've been battling vertigo that comes and goes - like the MS doesn't supply ENOUGH dizziness! My neuro sent me for 4 "head adjustment" therapies since then, they work for a few weeks and then BAM I'm back down again with vertigo. Has anyone ever had this "ear crystal" vertigo before? Any advice for home remedies or holistic fixes since the therapy isn't doing much? Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

i had a major attack where i was dizzy for weeks...the only thing that helped was IV solu medrol followed by two weeks of oral prednisone...
meclizine didn't work...nothing did but the steroids cleared it right up
