I grew up in Norway, which is about as close to the north pole as you can get without freezing your butt off, and then off all places i end up in NE Ohio 10 years ago (yeah i know, i could've picked someplace warmer....) I have also read that MS is more common in The Northern Hemisphere, strangely enough though, SP and PPMS is more common up there than some places else (i have RRMS)....
