If you are looking at nutrients read up on Univ of CA developed ActivaMune Multi-Vit the only one I have found that has D3 PLUS DIM (chemical your body makes when you eat broccoli), Selenium and Sulforaphane.
If you agree with the Mayo 2000 & NIAH 2004 RA studies that say autoimmune diseases due to "aged" immune system due to PREVIOUS overactivity.
