i know this may sounds pushy or stupid but i got mailing address of some subprime lenders and I wrote them asking for their guidelines and help with a mortgage.. i know i wont get a answer from any of them but i had to do it .. i have seen pages of foreclosures in my newspaper and i cant believe who is having their homes repod.. people do this on purpose i was told from someone that is in foreclosure .. they say then the mortgage lender will work with them and have the payment lowered? OMG>. this just isnt right/ anyone have opinion? HELP
