this is a numbing cream that you use to numb the area of the mulloscum. It is prescription. If the doctor will not give you lidocaine, try orajel to numb the skin you have to coat it on and put tegaderm on top of it for about 2 hours for it to numb completely. I then popped the mulloscum that looked like pimples,(with my finger nails, I guess tweezers would work) pulled out the seed and cleaned well with alcohol to prevent spreading. They are almost all gone. I rated it a 4 only because if you cannot numb the area then this a very painful thing, I popped a few without it being numb and my son cried his eyes out. Highly recommend numbing though.
