For the last few days I have been in a lot of pain. It is a dull aching in my lower back that has made its way to my lower abdomen. From my belly button on down it is so sore and extremely tender to the touch. My breasts still hurt, which is really nothing new. I have barely eaten anything and I feel so incredibly fat. I am a size 16 and lately it is an effort for me to pull my jeans on. I hardly slept even after taking something for the pain and this morning after taking another pain reliever I can honestly say that the pain has not been relieved. I know generally speaking before your AF there's a lot of pain and discomfort and I admit I have had even more since losing Angel but this does not feel like my AF is coming for a visit. Any thoughts or ideas?

" I have a follow up appointment on Wednesday for my breasts still hurting and swollen. They're looking into putting me on a temporary medication. I have no idea why your lower back is hurting. I highly suggest going to get it checked out! "
