I am starting to get into the groove with my 3 children sice their daddy left. The only problem is that I am still terribly lonely and I worry all the time. I swear I finally know what the expression "you are worring yourself to death" means. I act like everything is okay during the day for the kids, but then I can't sleep because I can't turn my brain off at night. I can not keep functioning with no sleep. HELP!!!! If anyone has any advice please feel free to give it. Thanks Alicia

Just checking in to see how things are going with you. I used to have the same issue that you have regarding sleep. I bought a meditation cd for night, its called PM Meditations. There was one in particular that I used (still do when I think of it) and it's called Breath or something like that. When you listen to it, you focus on your breath and everything seems to melt away. You could give that a try.
