" I really suggest an anti-inflammatory regime -- it's a pain to get used to but it helps a LOT -- a chiropractor and/or massage therapist if you have access to them, allergy testing, yoga to release muscle tension when the migraine is at its weakest and you are at your strongest. Talk to your MD about taking something to relieve and/or oprevent the wretched things. All of these have helped me to some extent. "

" I agree with Cliffenstein. I would see, especially, about trying to see if you can get prescribed Indomethacin, which can curtail Hemicrania Continua.

I would DEFINITELY see about getting on a preventative regime.

" I would definitely go to the ER. They will take you right in examine you, might even take a CT of your head. They will give you a shot and keep you until your headache is gone. If the shot does not work, they will then put an IV in you and inject a stronger medication. You will need a ride home. But it will definitely take it away. Then set up an appt with Neurologist. Take these seriously. Mine caused a stroke. Good luck. "
