So I made it to my 30 days (September 3rd was the last time I played) and have a couple more since then without playing...Feeling better but know I am only one bet away from my life becoming completely unmanageable...I am powerless over gambling if I choose to put any money towards gambling. Still attending NA daily which really helps to hear other people's experience, strength, and hop...

Well, I'm going through some major withdraw. I haven't drank since September 11th, and I haven't had a cigarette in almost 4 days, and on top of that, I'm having some major PMDD.

I love motorcycling and today I changed the spark plugs on my bike and it was flying down the road. Seems like it restored some horsepower.
