Hiya. A hot flush feels like an internal heat that builds to an intensity then subsides. They come and go as the hormone levels fluctuate.I feel the heat first in my face and neck area.If I am in a hot room at the same time, I have to get out until the hot flush is over. Have had the aircon on in the car in the middle of winter .Taking your age into account, I am sure your heat is stemming from peri menopause. Join the club,the more the merrier as menopause is definitely not a very merry time.

My face, neck and chest actually get really red.. I feel like I put my face close to the oven... And it comes on really quick for me, and takes longer to go away.,.
