omega 7 anyone?

I have been taking omega 3s for years but only recently heard of omega 7 or "the forgotten omega" as most of the articles seem to call it.
Does anyone take it and does it do anything for you? They claim it helps with dry skin and vaginal dryness. I'm thinking of adding it to my many many supplements, heck whats one more pill with the pile I already take lol.
