" I have almost all of those day to day some come and go others last for weeks. I dont like the dizzy light headed spells or the anxiety. A year ago it wasnt so bad some days I wish all I had to deal with were the hot flashes. Anything is better than what I deal with now. "

" I am 41 yrs. old and have just been told I was PeriMenopause. I didn't know weather to laugh or cry. I had a reason to back up the heat flashes, depression, anxiety and the irregular heart beats. I went through post partum depression with my first child. Lost both of my parents with in a 6mo. period went through a depression now this. I have taken Zoloft for Anxiety in the past and asked to be put back on it but I hate taking pills. I have been in the E.R. twice now with Rapid heart rate and irregular heart beats.(Arterial Fribalation)have had a complete work up with the Cardio whom says my heart is fine. So I guess this is all part of the perimenopause. I am glad I found this site because I to have had a hard time just getting through the day. "
