Looking for advice from people who know about this therapy or haved tried this type of therapy. I am considering trying it. Don't know where and how to begin.

First, your GYN / doc has to believe in it. Not all of them do.
It doesn't work for everyone. It is Rx, and must be compounded specifically for each patient. My mixture would not be the same as yours. It would be a good idea to find out if you have a reputable compounding pharmacy near you, since that's where BHRT has to be made. BHRT worked for me, but even at a very low dose (because I have CFS) I was sensitive to something in it and it shot by BP up after a few weeks. But that was specific to me, and I was able to lower the dose even still, since it was a cream, and made just for me. I hope this helps you.
