Meniere's=my poor head

I need you to understand
What's going on in my head
the constant screaming I hear
Drowns you out a lot

Remember how as a child
We could spin around getting dizzy?
My world does that on it's own now
Only it's no longer fun

So when you see me looking ill
Imagine a screaming, spinning child
in your head
I may still look like me
But I'm not,
Already on overload from fighting
this invisible noise 24/7,
Yes, even when I try to sleep

I need for you to understand
for some kind of peace of mind...
By Me

I hope you can give this poem to help explain what we go thru.
