Hello to all: I can't believe today i was struck with a bout of vertigo. I thought it was fixed and gone for good but BOY was i wrong! It's rainy here and i think this was the trigger but after doing some research on what i could handle today i found that the medication SERC that the doc gave me to combat vertigo does help some so it doesn't get out of hand like before when I was visiting my mom in Oakville I had it real bad and fell to the floor trying to hold on as I was spinning out of control...Man was I mad!. While this med. helps the vertigo, vertigo is also related to meniere's disease. As soon as i saw this today i became very upset and crying again. I have enough to deal with today and don't want anymore problems arising.....I guess God only gives us what we can handle. Okay God I got your point very well today!

If anyone else experiences the same effects as I do it would be great to chat with you or if you have any feedback I would love to hear from you or even if you just want to give your support that will work right now for me as well.......Thank you guys for being here as it is hard for me to get out to a mental health worker in this rainy weather today.
