MY GOAL......Well this week has been a tough one. I have suffered from more and more hearing loss and batteling some depressed days to go with it. I also celebrated my 39th birthday so eating and staying focused has been hard for me. I went up and down all week with my weight but managed to shed another 5 pounds. I am happy and will work that much harder this next week. -

Things have not really improved and somehow i seem to be just making do life is hard and times are tough. I think i might have got rid of some of the side effects from the other tablets then i had terrible heartburn and ingesigestion it was awful kept me awake and felt so sick and bad could not seem to go to the loo, just didnot know what to do but eventully things seem to get back to almost norm...

I finally did it, I am below 190. Got on the scale and it says 189.5. I am so excited. I finally decided to use the tool the proper way and start losing weight again. I haven't been grazing, have been getting in my protein, liquids, and finally found some vitamins I can take. My eldest is recovering from sinus surgery. She is 16 and has had several intractable sinus infections. She felt much better on the antibiotics. She had an MRI due to her migraines which indicated a mild deviated septum. The CT scan, however, indicated a severe deviation. The doctor said one side was virtually shut! i started dealing with attacks of vertigo and projectile vomiting about 5 years ago and was put on meclizine and after 7 months it started to feel better, i had bouts of dizziness and nausea since then but nothing as bad as the first time until about a month ago and it has been constant since then, i was diagnosed with high blood pressure and i also have asthma so it seems like something is alway...1 Recommendation -

I had to make another appointment with the docotor today as the side efects from the tablets were getting worse and i didnot feel i control he didnot say anything expect that i should come off them. I am now going to try soe patches to see i they work. I am assuming the "T" wants to play games this week with me. I turn 39 Thursday and I have had a pretty good previous week. I managed to accept my wife and her mother's challange with ease and I am determined to get back down to 200 lbs. Even though it may kill me I am determined. Well time for first weigh in and found 10 lbs gone!!!! I am so happy. I went from 100-200 oz. of Dr. Pepper a day to 24 maybe. I watched my portions and ate smaller fast food for lunch. I am determined to get this weight off.1 Comment -

Although things arent any better pain wise and i get very cross with myself i have noticed lots fo side effect with the tablets that i am taking. My clear thinking for a start and having to check myself to make sure it is right and then i get pins and neddles in both my feet. hi i just came from the ent...my dr doesnt seem to think i have m.d because me episodes are only every couple of years.....but my symptpoms other than hearin loss and ringing in the ears clone md!!! is anyone like me ,,only getting these spells every couple of years ????? please email me thanks

I am getting out between two and three times a week which for me at them moment seems a god and healthy limit.
