here is a link for products that are sodium free.www.healthyheartmarket.com i had to give up pickles and they have pickles with no soduim im so happy they have alot of info and products.

do you find that eating salt will "set off" an episode? I use to think that coffee made me worse but i have not had any in 3 days & am having a bad time. ;-(
& also i am fine when drinking pepsi..hmm, kinda wierd. "

" Yes I think that salt does affect it for me.I have another reason to also watch my salt. If i don't the roaring in my head will get worse.The voulume goes up and the T goes up too.I can't find anyone to explain why this happens. the docs say that it is all related to the meneries.I can handle the ringing but the raoring and tones i can't handle. "
