I hate it that i have to watch what i eat.It makes me angry that i have to make everything myself.I want to have a bag of Doritos with cream cheese.I want a big whopper with fries.I want a pizza from Pizza Hut.I get so angry that i can't see straight.I get so frustrated that i just want to stop eating period since i can't eat what i want.Well i can eat all of that stuff but i will pay a big price with my health (ear).I don't want the spinning, roaring, humming that comes along with haveing to much salt. Does this happen to anyone else? If so what do you do?

" I know just what you mean and I hate this as well. I do from time to time eat a slice of pizza or a small bag of chips and I know that I will suffer the next day, but this is a choice that I make knowing what will happen. But I CHOOSE to do this, as I still believe that we can on icassion still be naughty and eat those things that we love and really enjoyed just a insulin dependent diabetics can and do have a sugar fix from time to time. Do it ion samll, but only say once a montha s a treat and that way you will enjoy it more if it is a treat. I hope this helps. "

" Hi, I have learned to cook low salt and for the most part have enjoyed what I make at home. Today I am making brisket with no salt ketsup, low salt onion soup, cider vinagar and brown sugar. It is cooking but smells delicious. I do miss pizza and chinese food,my favorite. I have cheated a little bit at times with no ill affects but I don't want to test it. Any suggestions on going out to eat? "

" I do not watch my salts and had not heard that treatment until signing on hear. Salt is not the issue. I have left many other responses on here about homeopathy. she has never told me to watch salts. I also sent you a message or replied to one of your other posts with lots of info. you need any other info please let me now. You do not need to suffer with htis. you have nothing ot lose just like i had nothing to lose. call a homeopathist and start living again. I do have to watch my carbs and sugars as part of this, but that is not just for this, but a general health thing. I have pizza and doritos now and again. i too was very frustrated with my ent 9 years ago before i found my homeopathist... call one, he or she will change your life!!!!! "
