Hehe. It's come that time again where I've built up enough courage to go see the dentist. I haven't seen the dentist in a long time, so I know there will be work to be done. I just called up the dentist I used to use (before I went on Medicare and Medicaid), only to discover that he does not accept either of those. So, I made an appointment with him (at my mom's urging)to get just an examination. I have to pay $200 out of pocket!
So I was wondering, how do I find a dentist that does take Medicare? My ultimate goal in the matter is to get braces, and I was hoping they might pay for at least some of it. Yes, I'm 30 years old and need braces, but you know what? My aunt got her braces in her 40's! I guess I just need to know where I can get this information.
