I am sorry that you are not feeling well. It is so hard to then got to the doc, just to be told nothing is wrong. I am glad your heart checked out ok. Have you ever had a panic attack? I have, and when I get them, I get real dizzy. Next time it happens, sit down, and try taking some slow deep breaths. Stay sitting til the dizzyness goes away. Also, dizzy spells can be from getting up too fast from lying down or sitting, or if your blood sugar is low. Hope you can get to the bottom of it and get some treatment. If your insurance won't let you go back to the doctor, most emergency rooms have applications for free care. I hope you feel better soon!

Geez! I had to go through hurdles just to reply to you! I was on, checking something about vertigo, and saw your post. I went through something about 9 years ago that changed my life. I've never been so scared. I got sick one day. I had a fever, low, and just felt bad. I went to a doc in the box. (I didn't have a doctor, I'd never been sick. I was 34 at the time) He told me I had a virus, to take it easy and it would go away. I felt strangly depressed, though. VERY unlike me. I had two little kids and would have usually been happy to be put to bed for a day or two. But I felt scared. He did bloodwork and said that the only weird thing was that my white count was LOW. I went back four days later, still sick and they drew more blood. While I was getting dressed, the nurse came in looking odd and told me the doctor was coming back in. (He hadn't planned on it). He said my white count had halved. I had the shakes and just felt scared to death. Two days later, it was even lower. I changed doctors. This one kept saying it was just a virus as well. I lost so much weight. I had been a runner and all my muscles ached. Under my arms ached and down my arms felt numb. My mom came to take care of me and all I could do was sleep and worry. I couldn't eat anything because I was such a nervous wreck. Let me stress what a happy, carefree person I was. I am not a worrier. Weeks went by, I started losing hair. I got skinny (and not in a good way). Mostly, though, I felt insane. Finally, they sent me to an infectious disease doctor. When I described it all to him he laughed and said, there are only four things that cause white counts to do this, mono, parvo, (I forget one, measles maybe) and AIDS. My husband had to carry me out. They did the screen and do you know what it was? Fifth's Disease! I had never had it as a child and had caught it from my little boy. In an adult, it can make you very very sick. You can get it anywhere. It lasted months. I am a very active 43 year old now. I still run, do boot camps and stay fit, but I never got back to what I was. I can still tell that I had that and I remember the anxiety and depression of it all. My arms will still ache down the inside if I get fatigued or even drink coffee, something out of the norm. The infectious disease doctor said that in adults, this is a very common symptom. If only someone had figured this out two months into this, I would have handled it so much better and known there was an end. You need to get to an infectious disease doctor, no matter what. An emergency room can send you. You wouldn't believe the screening I went through. Have I touched tropical fish, have I eaten anything from an international market, that kind of thing. You need to do this. It is horrible not to know!

My question to you is this Does it only happen when you are at work? How does you stomach feel right before you feel dizzy? Do you feel better later on like an hour later once you left the area? The reason I ask this is because when I was pregnant with my first child we were house shopping. We went into this one room of the house on the second floor and I became ill. I had to go outside. I had in the past felt this before but never to that extreme I was 6 months pregnant which made it worse. Once I was outside I stated to feel better. And I told my father whom was with me that I really needed to go lay down. The dizziness and nausea had stated to go away but I had almost instantly developed a really bad headache. Well they said it was the elevation from the first to the second floor that had made me sick. It made no sense to me but just to get out of there I said yes you are right. But I told my dad later that day that I did not want that house. Well a friend of his ended up buying the house. And found that his wife too would get sick the same way every time she entered that one room. So he had the house tested for mold and other toxins. That one room had a very high level of mold spores in the air. People that are sensitive to these spores will become sick almost immediately after entering the room and start to feel better when they get into open air. This is why I asked those questions. Just an idea. But keep in mind if this is the case and they are at your job you need to get away from them. The more exposure you have the worse you are going to get.

I can only speak from my own experience. I felt like that for more than two decades while docs tested everything known. Then finally they did a test and foundout that I have Non Tropical Celiac Sprue. It can cause all sorts of problems that docs can not find a cause for because it causes your body to stop absorbing nutrition from the food that you eat.
the testing can start with a blood test. I don't know how much it costs though. or you could try the gluten free diet and see if you start feeling better - it will take a couple months on the diet and you have to be very viligant to avoid gluten. It depends on how sick you are and if this sounds like something you want to try. Can I suggest that you use more fully spelled out words - I do not text with my phone and got so frustrated reading what you wrote I gave up after the first sentence. I know that i am behind the times sorry.
