Treating the source!

In case it will help anyone, I post a little of my chronic mystery pain success story. Having corrected it at the source, I understand where it came from and the nature of the beast better in retrospect.

I was treated for over 12 years for neck pain that caused also, head pain. It turned out to be backwards. The head pain caused the neck pain. I found this out after having my concerns about the head pain dismissed and told it was all in my neck. I didn't believe it. After 9 years of opioid treatment, i had my meds taken away and returned to pain I hadn't felt in years. It was so bad I slept 2 hours every 3rd night. I couldn't have a conversation, especially if like a TV was on. WHen my doc seemed to miss it so badly, frustrated, I turned to the internet and found neurocranial restructuring (http://www.ncrdoctors.com) thru an internet search for 'head pressure' that took me to a case study that mirrored parts of my condition. I borrowed money, went to Miami, and got a treatment series that took away 95% of the pain in 4 days as well as improving my vision and gait.

I'd had a bad fall that caused a unknown head injury way back in '93. In Aug 94, feeling great, I incurred a severe repetitive stress injury from rowing a heavy raft too many hours in a row. I woke the next moring feeling terrible neck pain. This lasted 12 years and 6 weeks until my NCR treatment corrected it. It appears that when my neck muscles tensed so bad from the rowing, it actually skewed bones in my head into a position that locked in and caused the pressure that was the worst of the pain. The misalignment in my skull pressed my neck out of line and that caused the sharpest pain. NCR unlocked that, so far (17 months) permanently. Further treatments have each yielded magnificent improvements in my dented head and each one has brough me closer to being 100% pain free as well as more clarity of thought.

If you have head and neck pain, and other conditions, it could be in your head and if so NCR can help. 80% of our nerous system is in our head and so structural issues can cause a lot of different effects that seem to be virutally unknown to the general population. If so, ncr might really help. In any case, I'm writing to express the value of trying to identify the source. Often doctors don't listen and just go by tests, but in my case, I had the info all along, but the tests showed little.. but no one would listen closely enough to use what I knew.

I wish you all low pain.

" Thanks for sharing this!! It seems like you went through a lot, but got out of it through believing in your instincts and doing the research on your own. Which I happen to just suggest to someone in another thread.
I wish as much luck to the rest of us still seeking answers! "
