I know my 2 down days are coming, but i'm on a roll. The better I get the better I see what remains to be done. I'm working on my 'personal psychology' if you will. Having had for over 12 years, a declining life, I'm on a rocket ride recovery. This latest NCR has improved me in physical ways which will allow the psychological healing that was kinda stunted.

Okay. I'm out of control. I've been checking my husband's email accounts, etc. I do it to keep tabs on him. He's so busy with his breakdown and boyfriend that he tells me nothing. I spent most of the day organizing my CDRs, etc. I have poured over photos of my husband and I. Pictures, photos, word files, audio files, etc. My mind is kind of blown. I keep thinking about how my husband says that everyone's worried that I will kill myself. I wonder if I am going to snap. I have only cried a handful of times, now, and it has been a month. So far so good and Im keeping on track. I have gone for at least one walk a day some days two and I'm now into day 4. I have began to think about what I put into my mouth before i do so and that seems to be working as well.
I wil have to keep looking at small changes to help me reach my goal.2 Comments -

Hey All
Well alots happen since Thursday. My doctor wants me to go to physical therapy for my headaches so I did. Thursday I saw him. Then Friday I work on my homwork. Saturday I work on homework. Sunday was mothers day and my kids got me cards. Yeap thats what I said cards and my dil got me roses. My son said it was on sale half off and I told him I must be cheap and he said yeap. Still working on the topic of sharing. This time hope. At first I was at a lost. Hit a big blank in my meditation. Then it occurred to me that since I embarked on a 12 step program I do have hope. Medical Mysteries Information
This community is dedicated to people who suffer from an illness that has been difficult to define. As advanced as modern medicine is, there still exist many cases where doctors cannot pinpoint an exact cause for pain or other symptoms. Suffering with any illness is certainly difficult, but suffering with an illness that cannot be identified (and thus treated) can be especially difficult and trying for anyone.
