I was real depressed last night after getting up too early to take parents to airport and exhausting myself. I got some good news - I get to teach a psychology class next time (my degree is in psychology). I am excited. I also get to substitute for a teacher who is out on a family emergency and do some Philosophy of Ethics instruction (I am teaching the subject to my independant... -

Update, Update, I finally got the help I needed to start adding pictures from Coden, the Rock Goddess of Computer Explaining. I still haven't been able to eat much at all. I am getting acid reflux like I have an ulcer again. I got some maximum strength Xantac to help out and it has. Hopefully, I can eat the tomato soup I bought and some crackers. All I have had is two yogurts and some sprite. Yesterday I had two pizza rolls, a yogurt and more sprite. So I'm done guilt tripping myself if i screw up. My bf said last night he doesn't expect me to quit overnight, and that even just cutting back as much as I have is doing great in his book (awww, what a sweet man).
